This drug delivery device (1) delivers a drug between a syringe barrel (6) and a drug container (2), and, by enveloping the entire the drug container (2) used in drug delivery, prevents exposure to hazardous drugs adhering to the drug container (2). This drug delivery device (1) includes: a first member (8) connected to the drug container (2) on the side of a stopper (4); a second member (30) connected to the first member (8) and to the syringe barrel (6); and a third member (48) connected to the first member (8) and covering the drug container (2) in a sealed state. The first member (8) has a first hollow needle member (12) and a drug container holder (28), and the second member (30) has a second hollow needle member (34). The third member (48) has an opening portion (50), a bottom surface portion (52) where the drug container (2) is stably mounted, and a flexible member (56) which is connected to the opening portion (50) and the bottom surface portion (52), through which the drug container (2), mounted on the bottom surface portion (52), is visible from the outside, and which has an adjustable height and covers the drug container (2). By mounting the opening portion (50) in the first member (8), the first member (8) and the third member (48) are connected in a state in which the third member (48) is internally sealed. |
