The heat exchanger has several levels of heat exchanger pipes which are arranged above and next to one another. The heat exchanger tubes and package (13) are arranged in parallel, and are spaced apart by an amount of blades (12). The primary medium (17) flows through the heat exchanger tubes and a secondary medium (16) flows around perpendicular to the direction of flow of the primary medium. The heat exchanger tubes are arranged in different angle of inclination of 90 degree, and are displaced in the direction of flow of secondary medium in each case by the amount of blades.
