The fine-dust collecting device (14) has a receivable filtering medium (16) e.g. surface filter that is made in water-impermeable manner. A main portion is provided to form a waterproof or waterproof lockable hollow portion. A housing (20) is functioned as the waterproof or waterproof lockable hollow portion. The housing is positively inserted into a vacuum cleaner, for holding the filtering medium, and is provided with a lockable drying aperture.
