<p>The connector has carrier housing (5) that is provided with opened bottom surface, side surfaces, end surfaces, and opened top surface. Each end wall has insertion openings via which light guides are directed. The carrier housing is extended parallel to insertion path of light guides (1-4). A clamping portion (6) has clamping jaws that are formed in parallel on both sides of insertion path for clamping ends of light guides.
