PURPOSE: A cleaning solution container utilized for a blood analyzing device is provided to prevent the inflow of external air with a gas barrier layer of a laminated film so that chlorine-based washing solution can be preserved in the container for a long term while maintaining cleaning power of the washing solution. CONSTITUTION: A cleaning solution container utilized for a blood analyzing device includes a container main body (2) of a blood collecting tube shape, chlorine-based washing solution (4), and a laminated film (3). The container body includes an opened top surface and is made of a thermoplastic resin having tolerance in respect to the chlorine-based washing solution. The chlorine-based washing solution is received in the container body. The laminated film is welded to the container body and closes the opened top surface of the container body. An identification code indicating that the content is the cleansing solution is attached on the container body. The laminated film includes a seal layer closing the opened top by being fused with the container body; and a gas barrier layer arranged on the outer side of the seal layer.
