<p>The invention relates to the direct conversion of thermal energy into electrical energy and can be used as autonomous sources of electrical energy. The transducer comprises a semiconductor substrate with a dielectric coating applied to the surface thereof, with a first metallic electrode being applied on top of said dielectric coating. A third metallic electrode, which is connected to a left-hand contact of a switch K, is applied to the opposite side of the semiconductor substrate. Said switch is switched under the action of a master oscillator, and the central contact of said switch is connected to the first metallic electrode via, connected in series, an inductance L, an electrical power supply source and a useful load R. The right-hand contact of the switch K is connected to a second metallic electrode, which is arranged in a depression in the substrate. The master oscillator receives electrical power via a rectifier from a coupling coil Lсв, which is inductively coupled to the inductance L, and is triggered by the power supply source initially by a voltage U, which is connected to the oscillator via a switch B. After triggering of the transducer, the power supply source is disconnected.</p> |
