A battery locking device of a new-energy vehicle. The device comprises a battery compartment which is fitted with a battery and provided thereon with a battery push-in inlet (12); and a battery clamping device which is arranged on the battery compartment and controlled through a linkage mechanism. Because the battery locking device adopts a battery clamping device controlled by a linkage mechanism to clamp a battery, in the process of replacing the battery, the overall clamping or loosening of the battery can be achieved by only operating the operation end of the linkage mechanism. Compared with the battery fixed using a bolt in the prior art, the locking device can achieve the overall clamping or loosening of the battery by only a one-time operation, thereby simplifying the disassembling and assembling process of the battery, and effectively reducing the battery replacement time. A new-energy vehicle provided with a battery locking device mentioned above also has the above advantages.
