PURPOSE: A centrifuge kit and a centrifuge method using the same can prevent the contamination and loss of samples during separation work and the work is simple, thereby improving the workability and facilitating automation of the work. CONSTITUTION: A centrifuge kit (10) comprises a mixture containing chamber (13) contains mixture buffers and samples containing biological and chemical substances for centrifugation; a spin column (110) formed of a filter part which is arranged at the lower part of the mixture containing chamber filters the mixture; a discharging part (21) discharging centrifugal water which is centrifugally separated from the mixture; a container (31) on which a centrifugal water containing chamber is arranged; and a partition wall (41) which partly separates the centrifugal water containing chamber in order to contain centrifugal solutions (33,33a,33b) discharged from the discharging part, arranged in the centrifugal water containing chamber. |
