PURPOSE: A conductive polymer composition can produce a conductive film with excellent wettability, flexibility and thermal stability to be applied to various coating processes such as screen, gravure, offset, imprinting, and inkjet. CONSTITUTION: A conductive polymer composition comprises a polythiophene-based conducive polymer, an ionic binder, a quinne-based compound, and solvent. The polythiophene-based conductive polymer is poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) represented by chemical formula 1 or a mixture of the poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene and poly(4-styrenesulfonate) represented by chemical formula 2. In the chemical formulas, n and m are 5-10000. The amount of the polythiophene-based conductive polymer included is 0.1-20 parts by weight per 100.0 parts by weight of the solvent.
