P-TYPE FE-SB THERMOELECTRIC MATERIAL DOPED WITH YB AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A P-type Fe-Sb thermoelectric material doped with Yb and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a performance index by substituting Sn for a part of Sb. CONSTITUTION: Co is added to a Fe-Sb compound. Yb is added to the Fe-Sb compound with Co. A thermoelectric composition starting material is made. The thermoelectric composition starting material is melted. A thermoelectric composition is synthesized by thermally processing the melted thermoelectric composition starting material.
