FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of powder for cartridges of sports and hunting weapons. The method involves loading a feed tank/thickener with an aqueous powder suspension with concentration of the powder mass in the aqueous medium of 13.0-15.0 wt %, depositing the powder mass and decantation of the water. After decantation, the feed tank/thickener is filled with 1 pts.wt ethyl acetate to 1 pts.wt powder mass; the mixture is stirred and poured into a reactor for forming powder elements, where 2.0-3.0 pts.wt ethyl acetate to 1 pts.wt powder mass is poured; powder lacquer is prepared, dispersed into spherical particles in the presence of emulsifying agents, dehydrated with sodium sulphate and the solvent is distilled off.EFFECT: invention increases stability of operation of the feed tank/thickener of the powder mass by eliminating clogging of pipes when discharging the powder mass into the reactor and preventing deposition of the powder mass on the conical part of the feed tank/thickener, as well as low labour input and high safety when unloading the suspension from the feed tank/thickener.1 tbl, 5 ex |
