PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED light-emitting device having a light distribution pattern projected forward and the light distribution pattern in a forward direction and a side surface direction in spite of being one light source part, in a light-emitting device which emits fluorescent light by excitation light such as blue light to obtain illumination light.SOLUTION: An LED light-emitting device 100 includes: a light source part in which an LED element is mounted on a substrate; a lens body which forms a lens part into a shell type shape and a recess into a cylindrical shape; and a phosphor layer provided respectively on the bottom surface and the side surface of the recess in the lens body. The lens body is configured so as to be movable to the light source part arranged in the recess of the lens body. In a state where the light source part is in a position closest to the lens part, light is emitted forward of the lens body, and in a state where the light source part is separated from the lens part by movement of the lens body, light is emitted in both forward and side surface directions. |
