PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital camera with which an appropriate image is captured.SOLUTION: A digital camera 1 comprises a database 17b, theme determining means 16, similarity determining means 16 and control means 16. The database 17b includes for each photographic theme information indicating a positional relation of a plurality of objects included in a model image for each photographic theme. The theme determining means 16 determines a photographic theme of a captured image. The similarity determining means 16 determines similarity between a positional relation of a plurality of objects included in the captured image and the positional relation that the database 17b has regarding the photographic theme determined by the theme determining means 16. In the case where the similarity determined by the similarity determining means 16 is equal to or more than a predetermined value, the control means 16 instructs storage of the captured image. |
