PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear surface protective sheet which is superior in adhesion between a solar battery module sealing material and also superior in handleability by suppression of curl deformation.SOLUTION: A rear surface protective sheet for a solar battery module comprises a plurality of layers including a base material layer 61 and an adhesion-enhancing layer 62 disposed in an outermost layer. The adhesion-enforcing layer 62 has a multilayer structure including a core layer 621 and a skin layer 622 exposed to the outermost layer. The core layer 621 is made of a polypropylene resin containing 3% by mass or more and 25% by mass or less of inorganic filler. The skin layer 622 is made of the polypropylene resin containing 2.3% by mass or more and 5.0% by mass or less of an ethylene unit.
