PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical measuring device and a method using the device for measuring reduced glutathione in vivo or in vitro.SOLUTION: An electrochemical measuring device includes a conductive diamond electrode doping a minute amount of impurities and a means for chronoamperometry measurement by applying specific voltage. Reduced glutathione can be selectively measured by using this device.
