PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning element holder which has been improved for a user to hold easily while maintaining convenience of making cleaning possible for a wide range and to provide a cleaning tool equipped with the same.SOLUTION: A cleaning element holder 120 for constituting a cleaning tool includes a handle 140 and a retainer 130 for retaining the cleaning element 110. The handle 140 includes a long first member 41 and a long second member 45 to which the retainer 130 is joined. The first member 41 is turnably connected to the second member 45 by means of a turning shaft 44. Accordingly, the first member 41 and the second member 45 are made variable in state between a contracted state in which they are superposed on each other and an extended state in which the superposition is released. |
