PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide services of different characteristics based on biological information measured by a sleep monitor with a network function.SOLUTION: A sleep management system includes: a sleep monitor 10 for measuring biological information related to sleep of a user; an outside terminal 50 for displaying the state of the sleep of the user; a first server 30 for storing first data received from the sleep monitor 10 and providing the data for the outside terminal 50; and a second server 40 for analyzing sleep based on second data received from the sleeping monitor 10 and providing the result of analysis for the outside terminal 50. The sleep monitor 10 computes the biological information for each unit section, transmits the result of computing of the biological information for each unit section to the first server 30 as the first data, and transmits data of the biological information accumulated during the sleep of the user and the result of computing of the biological information for each unit section to the second server 40 as the second data. |
