PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal generating device capable of reducing carrier leakage with a simple constitution.SOLUTION: A pulse radar device 100 comprises a distributor 101, high frequency amplifiers 102, 103, a 180° phase shifter 104, and a synthesizer 105. The high frequency amplifier 102 outputs leak signals of carrier waves when it does not output pulse waves, and the high frequency amplifier 103 always outputs leak signals of carrier waves. The 180° phase shifter 104 inputs the leak signals of the carrier waves outputted from the high frequency amplifier 103, and outputs the leak signals of the carrier waves of an opposite phase with its phase shifted by 180°. The synthesizer 105 synthesizes the leak signals of the carrier waves inputted from the high frequency amplifier 102 and the leak signals of the carrier waves of an opposite phase inputted from the high frequency amplifier 103, so as to significantly reduce an output level of carrier leakage. |
