PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a rubber crawler which can precisely manufacture the rubber crawler which can effectively prevent an outbreak of a noise occurred by colliding the rubber crawler with a drive sprocket to come into contact with each other.SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the rubber crawler which extends in an endless state, has lugs 2 which act on a road surface on a peripheral face, also has engaging parts 5 with a drive sprocket 3 on an inside face, and in which cored bars 8 are laid and disposed at a given pitch in a circumferential direction, this rubber crawler is formed by laying a central portion 9 of the cored bar 8 supporting driving force of the drive sprocket 3 inside a rubber elastic body 10 contributing to absorption of drive energy, and this manufacturing method has the step in which a distal end of a guide protrusion 11 which is protruded to a direction of protruding onto the inside face side of the rubber crawler in the cored bar 8, and is positioned adjacent to the central portion 9 supporting driving force of the drive sprocket 3 is fitted into a vulcanization die, and the molded raw rubber crawler is vulcanized in a state in which the cored bar 8 is positioned for the vulcanization die. |
