PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method in which an enamel coating peeling part of a straight-angle winding with high insulation is beveled by suppressing scattering of cutting waste by employing mold formation of the enamel coating peeling part.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of manufacturing a rotary electric machine having a stator 100, a straight-angle winding 300 assembled in the stator, and a straight-angle winding enamel coating peeling part 304, the method of manufacturing the rotary electric machine including peeling processes STEP1, STEP2 of peeling enamel coatings from two main surfaces and two side surfaces of the straight-angle winding, and a bevelling process STEP3 of bevelling edge surfaces that the straight-angle winding has in the peeling processes by mold formation. |
