PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stencil printer in which no raking up accompanied by home position return operation of the compression board is done to inhibit paper discharging failures, even if any stencil base paper has remained on top surface of the paper discharger guide.SOLUTION: A stencil printer includes a paper discharging box for receiving used stencil base paper, a base paper feeding means which feeds stencil base paper from a plate cylinder into the paper discharging box, a paper discharger guide for guiding conveyance of the stencil base paper fed by the base paper feeding means, and a compression means for compressing the stencil base paper stored in the paper discharging box. In the stencil printer, the paper discharger guide is freely movably disposed in both a retracted position not interfering with the compressing motion trajectory of the compression means and a protrusive position interfering with the compressing motion trajectory of the compression means. |
