PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform control on regeneration of absorption liquid by forecasting the deterioration state of the absorption liquid without carrying out analysis of the absorption liquid in a carbon dioxide recovery system.SOLUTION: In a carbon dioxide recovery system using an absorption liquid such as an amine aqueous solution, an acidic gas detection part (a SOx analyzer 41 and a NOx analyzer 42) for detecting concentration of the acidic gas such as SOx and NOx included in CO-containing gas is provided to a CO-containing gas introducing pipe for introducing combustion exhaust gas 2 of an absorption tower 5. At a control part 40, extracting amount of deteriorated absorption liquid or the like at an absorption liquid regeneration apparatus 30 is controlled based on the concentration of the acidic gas.
