A cossettes scalder consists of cylindrical housing on the inner surface of which the counter blades are fixed of installed inside of pipe arbor with transporting blades, wherein fuel feeding bell, frontal sieve and lateral sieves for juice isolation are located from one side of cylindrical housing, and from another side of the housing the sockets for isolation of juice-slice mixture are located, and in the middle of the housing at the level of pipe arbor the sockets for supply of hot diffusion juice are located. In the middle of upper part of cylindrical housing the sieves with collectors for foam removing are additionally installed. |
