The centre of the n-th connecting hole is at a distance dn-1 from the centre of the first connecting hole (51), the positional relationship between each connecting hole satisfying the following condition: d1>d2>d3.....>dn-1. Further disclosed is a tower crane equipped with the tower crane connecting plate (50). Since there are three or more connecting holes and the distances between the first connecting hole and the connecting holes other than the first connecting hole are different, by adjusting the use of different installation holes, the extent to which the crane jib is raised can be conveniently adjusted, thereby achieving stable operation for the tower crane.
