PURPOSE: A payment agent system is provided to exchange accounting information about AP and AR, obtain expense processing results fast, and offer an electronic bill about the results fast, thereby providing a fast and accurate payment agent service to a user. CONSTITUTION: A system comprises an accounting system (200), enterprises (50, 51), a payment agent system (100), an individual (60), a client (70), and a financial corporation server (300). The payment agent system receives AR information from the terminal of a corporate account manager and using the registered information, enables a person in charge in a corporation with AP to deposit. The payment agent system provides an AR application available in a mobile terminal. The application connects to a network, receives AR information, provides the information to the payment agent system, receives business partner information, and provides the information to the system. Moreover, the system also includes a function for a user to input expense information by selecting an identifier and a function to deliver the information to the payment agent system.
