摘要 <p>Provided is a terminal-phosphorylated oligodeoxynucleotide which is produced by introducing a deoxynucleotide containing a non-naturally-occurring nucleotide into a DNA strand and then cleaving the DNA strand through a chemical reaction at low cost and by a simple experimental procedure. The present invention relates to a method for producing an oligodeoxynucleotide, comprising a 5'-terminal-phosphorylated oligodeoxynucleotide formation step of bringing a nucleophile and an oligodeoxynucleotide represented by formula (I) into contact with each other to cause the detachment of a 5'-terminal-phosphorylated oligodeoxynucleotide moiety in a deoxynucleoside (C) that is contained in the oligodeoxynucleotide represented by formula (I) from the 3'-position of a deoxynucleoside (B) that is contained in the oligodeoxynucleotide represented by formula (I) and contains a non-naturally-occurring nucleotide, thereby cleaving a phosphodiester bond formed between the 3'-position of the deoxynucleoside (B) and the 5'-terminal of the deoxynucleoside (C), whereby a 5'-terminal-phosphorylated oligodeoxynucleotide (C) can be produced.</p>
