摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for estimating the molding performance of a thin film is provided to attach a measurement member in which multiple sensors are arrayed on the upper surface of a metal material and then calculate the displacement value of the measurement member according to the deformation of a thin film member by using a camera, thereby accurately analyzing the molding performance according to the deformation rate of a thin film. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for estimating the molding performance of a thin film includes a table (100), one or multiple measurement member (200), a camera (300), and a control unit. The table has a thin film material (10) fixedly mounted thereon, and is installed so that a driving unit (110) is lifted upward. The measurement member is attached on the upper surface of the thin film material, and is made of an elastic material so as to be deformed. The camera is installed on the upper side of the table and captures the image of the measurement member that is attached to the upper surface of the thin film material. The control unit presets the reference shape of the measurement member, and calculates the displacement value of the reference shape in the image transferred from the camera in a case where the upper portion of the thin film material is deformed by the lifting operation of the driving unit.
