PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet and a decorative board which are excellent in scratch resistance and contamination resistance, have a function of adsorbing and degrading aldehyde such as formaldehyde and acetaldehyde which are typical VOCs (volatile organic compounds), thus efficiently reducing an aldehyde concentration in a room.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet is formed by sequentially laminating at least an intermediate resin layer and a surface protective layer on a base material sheet. The decorative sheet is characterized in that (1) the intermediate resin layer contains an aldehyde adsorbent and an aphotic catalyst, (2) the surface protective layer contains ionizing radiation curable resin.
