PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a questionnaire implementation system capable of presenting a questionnaire to a user in timing appropriate for the user.SOLUTION: When a user mobile terminal 20 (terminal 20) packaging a predetermined application therein accepts an answer of a questionnaire, questionnaire data are received from a questionnaire management server 10 (server 10) and stored in the terminal 20. When the terminal 20 detects that the terminal passes a specific place or stays there for a predetermined time by the terminal 20 per se and determines that a user is in the place and timing suitable for answering the questionnaire, the user is urged to input the answer of the questionnaire. Furthermore, a shop terminal 30 detects that the terminal 20 visits a shop or the like, the clerk of the shop selects a questionnaire suitable for the user or desired to answer, and the terminal 20 is caused to transmit the selected questionnaire to the questionnaire management server 10. |
