PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange distillation apparatus widely applied to many industrial processes.SOLUTION: A distillation apparatus includes: a high-pressure column 1 corresponding to a region above a heat exchanging section located at a lowermost part of a concentrating section; and low-pressure column 2 that is located above as seen from the high-pressure column 1, which integrates a region including a plate column section or a packed bed column section which is used as a recovery section, with a concentrating section corresponding portion 2g that corresponds to a region locating below the heat exchanging section located at the lowermost part in the concentrating section. The concentrating section corresponding portion 2g is located on a top 2c of the recovery section in the low-pressure column 2 so that the concentrating section corresponding portion 2g continues to the recovery section. The distillation apparatus further includes: a compressor 4 configured to compress vapor from a column bottom 1a of the high-pressure column 1 and the concentration section corresponding portion 2g and then feed the compressed vapor to a heat exchanger 8 in the lower part of the low-pressure column 2 via a means 6 that pressure-feeds liquid that remains in the column bottom 1a of the high-pressure column 1 to the concentrating section corresponding portion 2g; and a third pipe 30 that introduces fluids flowing out through the heat exchanger 8 in the lower part of the low-pressure column 2 to the column bottom 1a of the high-pressure column 1. |
