PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce flexible and real time cooperation between operators in a business organization, and to activate communication in the organization and to increase productivity by transmitting information in real time bi-directionally between a leader of the organization (an administrator or a manager) and the operator.SOLUTION: In an operation management support method, a commitment list for storing persons in charge and engaged task types, and a correspondence list for associating each engaged task with sensing information are maintained, an operator and an engagement content are specified from information acquired by sensing, information of the commitment list is reflected, and another operator closely related is extracted to notify the operator. |
