PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter using a coloring composition for a color filter excellent in brightness (Y value), contrast ratio (CR value), dispersibility and also in sensitivity, linearity, pattern shape, resolution, development resistance and chemical resistance, and having high brightness, a filter segment with a high contrast ratio and high quality.SOLUTION: The above problem is solved by a coloring composition for a color filter, containing a pigment (A), a binder resin (B) and a resin type dispersant (C), where the binder resin (B) contains 2 to 60 mol% of a repeating unit having a structural unit (b1) represented by the general formula (1) and the resin type dispersant (C) is composed of a certain (meta) acryl-based block copolymer. |
