PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removing device of a volatile substance capable of removing the volatile substance from substance to be treated by efficiently discharging the volatile substance volatilizing in an inside space of a body part supplied with the substance to be treated from the inside space to the outside of the inside space.SOLUTION: A shaft member has a volatile substance flowing space through which a volatile substance volatilizing in an inside space flows inside of the same and an opening part for communicating the volatile substance flowing space and the inside space and is constituted such that the volatile substance flowing into the volatile substance flowing from the opening part is discharge to the outside of the inside space.
