PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening band for an airbag, capable of stably wrapping a folded airbag without collapsing the folding and facilitating winding work in a manner of wrapping.SOLUTION: A fastening band for an airbag comprises: a band-like body part 51 having a rupturable portion 55 ruptured during inflation of an airbag; and engagement parts 56, 62 provided at both end parts of the body part 51 coming close to each other when being wound around the folded airbag and engaged with each other in a manner capable of preventing folding collapse of the airbag. The fastening band further comprises: a locking claw part 65 protruding from a backside 53 side of the body part 51 in the vicinity of one engagement part 56, inserted into an end edge of the folded airbag along a direction of being wrapped around the airbag, and thereby capable of locking the end edge; and a grip part 72 provided in the vicinity of the other engagement part 62 and capable of being gripped during the engagement between the engagement parts 56, 62. |
