PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drip sheet which is comparatively thin, is low in re-wet rate, and prevents excessive absorption of water contained in food.SOLUTION: A drip sheet 10 includes upper and lower layer sheets 13, 14. The upper layer sheet 13 is formed of a fiber nonwoven fabric containing at least a hydrophobic fiber. The lower layer sheet 14 is formed of a fiber nonwoven fabric containing at least a hydrophilic fiber. The average pore size of the upper layer sheet 13 is larger than the average pore size of the lower layer sheet 14. |
