PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proportional valve capable of eliminating a risk of deformation of a portion around an opening of a diaphragm caused by dragging in a bonded state when a boss part is inserted into the opening because the diameter of the opening of the diaphragm is set smaller than the diaphragm of the boss part.SOLUTION: A boss part 32 is formed at the two stages of a large-dimeter part 32b and a small-diameter part 32a. The diameter of the small-diameter part is set smaller than the diameter of the opening when the boss part is not inserted into the opening 41 of the diaphragm 4. The height of the large-diameter part from the end surface 30 of a valve shaft 3 is set longer than the total size of the thickness of the opening circumference of the diaphragm and the thickness of a collar 5 before a fastening tool 6 is fixed to the boss part. |
