PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray apparatus compatible with dynamic 3D-DSA which is capable of kinetic observation and three-dimensional reconfiguration and is suitable for an intravascular surgery and an photographing during surgery.SOLUTION: An X-ray apparatus includes: a tube voltage generation device 13 for generating tube voltage so as to generate X-ray from an X-ray tube device 12; a two-dimensional imaging device 14 for detecting an X-ray having transmitted a subject; a support mechanism for supporting the X-ray tube device 12 and the imaging device 14 so that they can freely rotate around the subject; a controller 20 for controlling the tube voltage generation device 13, the imaging device 14, and the support mechanism so as to repeat rotated photography operation K times while changing photography start angles, the operation where the X-ray tube device 12 and the imaging device 14 repeat photography while rotating around the subject; and an image generator 24 for generating a Fourier space where elapsed times from start of photography operation or radiography start are almost the same by interpolation processing from a plurality of voxel groups obtained by the K times' photography operation and performing three-dimensional discrete Fourier transformation of the generated Fourier space. |
