PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of suppressing the manufacturing cost of a metal-ceramic joined substrate low.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a metal-ceramic joined substrate, after applying a wax material on the approximately whole surface of a ceramic substrate, parts having unnecessary wax material, corresponding to an aperture in a circuit pattern or a periphery of the circuit pattern are irradiated with a laser to remove the unnecessary wax material, and to thereby form the wax material in a circuit pattern shape, then a metal plate is laminated and arranged on the wax material to be joined, and thereafter a resist having a circuit pattern shape is formed on the metal plate, and an unnecessary metal plate is removed by etching. |
