PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking lock mechanism of a vehicle capable of inexpensively suppressing an unexpected vehicle behavior.SOLUTION: A parking lock mechanism of a vehicle includes: a plurality of parking lock mechanisms 6; a fail determining means (a fail determining part 7f) which, when a parking lock mechanism 6 can not be released, determines that it has failed; and a refastening means (refastening part 7g) which brings releasable other parking lock mechanism 6 into a fastening state when the parking lock mechanism is determined failed by the fail determining means (fail determining part 7f), wherein the refastening means (refastening part 7g), when the parking lock mechanism 6 is determined failed by the fail determining means (fail determining part 7f) before the parking lock mechanisms 6 are released after a release instruction is issued to the parking lock mechanisms 6, interrupts the releasing operation of the releasable other parking lock mechanism 6 and performs the fastening operation. |
