A sliding door structure used for mounting a sliding door on a vehicle and a vehicle with the sliding door structure. The sliding door structure comprises: an upper guide rail (1), the upper guide rail (1) comprising an arc section and a straight line section, the arc section being bent towards the inside of the vehicle and forms a front end portion of the upper guide rail, and the upper guide rail (1) having an upper wall (11) and an inner side wall (12) and an outer side wall (13) formed on two sides of the upper wall (11) respectively; an upper idler wheel support (2); an upper idler wheel (3), the upper idler wheel (3) being mounted on the upper idler wheel support (2) and fitting in the upper guide rail (1); a locking pad (6), the locking pad (6) being mounted on the outer side wall (13) of the front end portion of the upper guide rail (1); and a locking idler wheel (5), the locking idler wheel (5) being mounted on the upper idler wheel support (2). When the sliding door (10) closes, the upper idler wheel (3) contact the outer side wall (13) of the upper guide rail (1) and the locking idler wheel (5) presses the locking pad (6) elastically. |
