A method for preventing the surgical complications following the surgical treatment of the aged patients with breast cancer comprises the radical mastectomy, quadrantectomy, axiliary-subclavian lymphadenectomy. Furthermore, in the course of the surgery, the local hemostasis is provided by treating the surgical wound with hemostatic, sterile, resorbable material based on the oxidized cellulose. |
