PURPOSE: A memory device and an operating method of the memory device process commands according to the priority for efficient memory access. CONSTITUTION: A memory device includes a control logic (100) and a memory cell array (12). The control logic receives input information having priority information and changes the order of execution of the input information according to the priority. The memory cell array includes multiple memory cells storing data and performs an operation in the corresponding memory cell according to each of the input information received in the execution order.
