PURPOSE: An integrated schedule management system and a method thereof are provided to allow a user to control an overall schedule of a group in which the user is interested by using one calendar. CONSTITUTION: A system includes a client device (10) including a client database (15) and a main server (20) including a server database (25). If an application is started in the client device, the application checks whether the data of the server database is a higher version than the data of the client database (S1). If the data of the server database is a higher version than the data of the client database, the latest data is downloaded from the server database (S3). A schedule is displayed in a calendar on a screen (S2). If a menu button is clicked (S4), a group list is downloaded from the server database to the client database and the downloaded group list is displayed on the screen (S5). A user selects a group among the group list (S6) and determines whether the user downloads the schedule of the selected group (S7). If the user determines to download the schedule, the schedule of the group is downloaded (S8) and displayed on the screen.
