PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of appropriately performing display rewriting of a display section on the basis of an accumulated charge of a charge accumulation section, and further to provide a non-contact power transmission system or the like.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus includes: a power reception section for receiving power from a power transmission device by means of non-contact power transmission; a circuit device that receives the power from the power reception section and performs control for accumulating a charge with respect to a charge accumulation section; a display section for displaying an image on the basis of display data received from the power transmission device via the power reception section by means of data communication; and a system device for performing display control of the display section. The circuit device determines whether or not a charge amount required for display rewriting at least once is accumulated in the charge accumulation section while performing control for accumulating the charge in the charge accumulation section. The system device performs display rewriting processing of the display section after the charge amount is accumulated in the charge accumulation section.
