PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform adjustment of an antenna direction without being affected by a condition such as nighttime, rain, and fog.SOLUTION: An antenna direction adjustment method for adjusting an antenna direction of directivity in radio communication between a first radio device whose position is fixed and a movable second radio device comprises the steps of: arranging a plurality of first heating elements 23 at a contour part of a first antenna 20 included by the first radio device or in the vicinity of the contour part; a step in which the first and second radio devices perform processing of making their antenna directions of directivity face each other depending on position information on both radio devices; detecting infrared light emitted from the plurality of first heating elements 23 in the first antenna 20 by using an infrared light scope 13 arranged in accordance with a direction of directivity of a second antenna 10 included by the second radio device; detecting a deviation between the center of an image of the infrared light scope 13 and the center of an arrangement pattern of the plurality of first heating elements 23 displayed on the image; and adjusting the direction of directivity of the second antenna 10 so as to reduce the deviation.
