PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent solder for aluminum from forming recessed portions on the rear surface of a metal foil laminate, even when aluminum foil constituting the laminate is wound in a roll with the solder for aluminum being disposed on the aluminum foil with which a wiring pattern is formed.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a metal foil laminate 2, comprising: a flexible sheet-like substrate 21; an insulating adhesive layer 22 laminated on one surface of the substrate 21; and aluminum foil 23 bonded to the one surface of the substrate 21 via the insulating adhesive layer 22, the aluminum foil 23 forming a wiring pattern for wiring a back-contact type solar cell 1. The metal foil laminate 2 also comprises solder for aluminum, the solder being housed in a recessed portion 23c disposed in the surface of aluminum foil 23, the recessed portion 23c being arranged in a position capable of facing a connection electrode 1c of the solar cell 1, the surface height of the solder being lower than the surface of the aluminum foil 23, the solder containing a flux (a decomposition agent) for decomposing an oxide film on the aluminum foil 23. |
