PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a triaxial load measuring sensor using an elastic body capable of measuring load, a load application position and a load direction, to provide a triaxial load measuring sensor capable of measuring also compression and tensile load, and to provide a built-in type triaxial load measuring sensor.SOLUTION: The triaxial load measuring sensor capable of measuring load, a load application position and a load direction by applying the pressure-sensitive conductive material includes the elastic body for receiving load, an upper electrode formed by electrodes of one or more surfaces, the pressure-sensitive conductive material and a lower electrode. The pressure-sensitive conductive material and the upper electrode are laminated on the lower electrode, the elastic body is placed on the upper electrode, and the load detects and measures voltage variations dV, dVto dVof respective zones to be changed by the load received by the pressure-sensitive conductive material through the elastic body. |
