PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolysis device capable of enhancing a removing efficiency of scale components while suppressing a cost increase caused by an electrode material and a temperature-adjusting water-supplying machine with the same.SOLUTION: A first electrode plate 51, a second electrode plate 52, and a third electrode plate 53 are arranged in this order spaced apart from each other with an interval in a thickness direction of the electrode plates in an electrolysis device 41. A first flow channel F1 which is a gap between the ffirst electrode plate 51 and the second electrode plate 52 and in which water flows in a first direction D1, a second flow channel F2 which is a gap between the second flow channel 52 and the third electrold plate 53 and in which water flows in a second direction D2 opposite to the first direction D1, and a folding back T connecting the downstream side end part of the first flow channel F1 and the upstream side end part of the second flow channel F2 are formed in a container 47. The second electrode plate 52 has at least one communicating part C for flowing a part of water flowing the first flow channel F1 into the second flowing channel F2 in an upstream side more than the downstream side end part of the first flow channel F1. |
