The purpose of the present invention is to provide efficient local area wireless access. In this communication system, the mobile communication terminal (10) detects the local area base station device (30) to connect to, the local area base station device (30) transmits, using a local area wireless communication mode which is different to the wide area wireless communication mode, a detection signal used to detect the local area base station device (30), to the mobile communication terminal (10), and transmits, to the mobile communication terminal (10), an auxiliary control signal for connection control in individual local areas, and which is an auxiliary control signal which is auxiliary to the detection signal. The mobile communication terminal (10) receives the auxiliary control signal, only if the detection signal secured for controlling the connection in individual local areas is received. |
