<p>The sensor (10) has a high temperature region (30) heatable by a heating element in a temperature, which lies above a temperature of a measuring region (22). The high temperature region is arranged adjacent to the measuring region such that a gas volume (34) of the measuring region and another gas volume (32) of the high temperature region are fluidically connected with each other. The high temperature region partially adjoins a housing part (38) of the sensor. A thermal insulation (40) is arranged between the high temperature region and the housing part.</p>
